Lumea pe care o cunoșteam odinioară nu mai există. Lumea se schimbă și nu se schimbă oricum, ci REPEDE!!!
Oare recunoaștem aceste schimbări? Oare conștientizăm că aceste schimbări, sub o forma sau alta, ne afectează modul în care trăim și gândim? Am ajuns acolo unde suntem pentru că am obținut rezultate și am avut performanțe dar azi, nu sunt sigur că iau întotdeauna cele mai bune decizii ca să obțin același nivel de rezultate și performanță. DE CE oare? Oare nu aloc timpul necesar pentru a investiga și pentru a DESCOPERI alternative mai noi care poate sunt mai SIMPLE dar au un impact mai mare asupra mea, a ceea ce fac și îmi propun?
Alocând timpul necesar, actualizându-mă în permanență la noile tendințe și păstrând contactul cu lumea reală, DESCOPĂR că pot să găsesc SOLUȚII noi pentru provocările cu care mă confrunt.
Descopăr că pot fi mulțumit de munca mea, de viața mea și mai descopăr un lucru important: că viteza cu care lucrurile se schimbă in jurul meu – de ce mă temeam cel mai mult – poate să fie în favoarea mea atâta timp cât îmi dezvolt potențialul propriu cunoscându-mă suficient de bine.
Am conștientizat că pentru a fi fericit trebuie să iau decizii care mă reprezintă și care sunt în armonie cu propriul meu eu. Încet, încet, descopăr că pot reuși. Pot face lucruri diferit, pot avea o viață mai bună, pot fi autentic, înțeleg nu e nevoie sa fiu într-o permanentă competiție cu alții și că nu trebuie să mă frământ fără încetare dacă fac lucrurile bine și cum sunt perceput de ceilalți.
Am descoperit că viața este o secvență de călătorii de învățare și că preocupările mele sunt și ale altora. Viteza schimbării este determinată de tehnologie care, cu siguranță ne conectează mai repede, dar ne și expune la experiențe și provocări noi pe care trebuie să învățăm să le gestionăm. Trebuie să învățăm să folosim tehnologia în favoarea noastră, fără a o lasă să ne conducă. Ne conectam cu alții – atât la ideile pe care le au cât și la experiențele trăite. Cu alte cuvinte, învățam de la alții, descoperind că ne putem valida încercările și căutările.
Am descoperit că, pe lângă provocările mele personale, structurile din care fac parte sau pe care le controlez/ gestionez își au și ele propriile provocări. Structura organizației este adaptată la schimbările actuale?
Ce știu despre procese și cum reușește cultura organizației mele să asimileze abordări noi, comportamente noi și nu în ultimul rând cum reușește să facă față așteptărilor clienților și consumatorilor.
Mă întreb: Reușește cultura organizației mele să răspundă în timp real acestor schimbări ?
Ce cred? Cred că descoperind soluții inovative care îmi vor permite să mă adaptez mai ușor viitorului, atât EU cât și organizația pe care o conduc/ gestionez se va menține și va reuși să facă față viitorului.
Aceia dintre noi care înțeleg că simplificând lucrurile, clarificând situațiile și apoi soluțiile și menținându-și integritatea vor avea SUCCES!
The world we have once known does not exist anymore. In the world of today all is changing and is changing fast!!!
Do we admit these changes? Do we realize that they are affecting the way we are living, thinking and acting? All of us got where we are by delivering results and performing in what we were doing but today, I’m not sure if I always take the right decisions to get to the same degree of results and performance. WHY? Do I not allocate the same quality time to identify and to DISCOVER new solutions that may be SIMPLER but which have bigger impact on what I do or what I’m planning to do?
By allocating the right time, keeping myself in the trend and being in connection with the real word I discover that I’m able to find new solutions for the challenges I have.
I discover that I can be happy with my life and my work and more importantly, I realize that what it was my fear: the speed of change could work in my favour if I better understand myself and I keep up with my day to day development.
I have realized that to be happy with my life the decisions I take should represent me and have to be in harmony with my spirit. Slowly I discover that I can do it. I can do it differently, have a better life, be authentic, not competing with others and try to second guess myself at every step if I do it right and what the others think about me.
I found out that life is a sequence of learning journeys and others have the same question marks. The speed of change is driven by technology which definitely connect us faster but also create new experiences and challenges which we have to learn to cope with. We have to learn to use technology in our favour without letting it lead us. We connect to each other, to our ideas but also our experiences. In other words, we learn from each other, discovering thus that we can validate our tries and searches.
I found out that on top of my individual challenges the structures I belong to or which I control/ manage have their individual challenges too. Is the structure of the organization adapted to the actual challenges?
What do I know about the processes and how does the culture of my organization manage to assimilate new approaches, new behaviours and last but not least how does it manage to meet the clients’ and consumers’ expectations?
I question myself: Is my organization culture able to actively respond to this challenges?
What I believe? I believe that if I discover new and innovative solutions which will allow me to adapt more easily to the future, both my self and the organization I lead/ manage will keep up with the future.
Those of us who understand that simplifying things, clarifying the situation and then the solution but maintaining their authenticity and integrity will be the successful ones.
